The Strength Stack 52 Series started everything.  There are 114 bodyweight exercises ranging from beginner to elite difficulty.  There are dozens of different games you can play.  Depending on the game, Strength Stack 52 cards are great for building muscle, burning fat, and improving all aspects of fitness (strength, agility, coordination, balance, aerobic, and anaerobic capacity).

Quick Sweat Dice has 30 of our 114 bodyweight exercises and is our simplest product, making it very easy to understand.   Roll the dice; do the exercises; get a workout.  Trying to get the most points or racing the clock keeps things fun and interesting.

  • Less exercise variety
  • Fewer game possibilities

HIIT: The Game

Science has shown that HIIT workouts are the most effective way to burn fat and improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity (two extremely important measures of physical fitness).  We have taken 52 of our bodyweight exercises that are great for HIIT workouts and combined them into a game.  Compete for points and use “strategy cards” to give your opponent more exercises, swap exercises, or earn bonus points.

  • Cards were made specifically for HIIT, so there's fewer creative possibilities.

Weight Loss Stack 52

Weight Loss Stack 52 does not have exercise cards.  Weight Loss Stack 52 helps you develop healthy eating and living habits that are scientifically proven to promote weight loss.  The game is based on a scientific understanding of how habits work and will help you break bad habits and replace them with good habits.  We are competitive beings by nature.  Immediately earning points (or losing points) motivates us to make good decisions and reinforces habit development.
